To reserve a hotel room (9 rooms or less), there are 2 options, also please note that registration is required prior to reserving a room:

Option 1: Individual reservations can be made through the AHCA/NCAL QSIO Registration & Hotel Website.   
  • Either log in as a Member with your Email Address or Membership ID and Zip Code or as a Non-Member with your Email Address.
  • Upon successful login you will arrive to the Event Dashboard. 
  • From the Event Dashboard select the button to book a hotel or edit your reservation.
  • Proceed through the pages until you arrive back to the Event Dashboard.

At this point you will be able to select the 'Checkout' button, enter your credit card guarantee details and 'Accept Conditions and Submit Payment'. Upon successful processing you will automatically receive a confirmation of your hotel reservation and/or registration to the primary email address associated with your account.

Option 2: Individual reservations can be made by calling the 
AHCA/NCAL QSIO Registration & Hotel Reservation Contact Center at 866.227.1876 (Toll Free U.S. & Canada) or at +1.415.268.2098 (all other countries) Monday – Friday, 9 am – 9 pm Eastern Time.
