Registration Payment
Payment for the AHCA/NCAL Quality Summit & Independent Owner Leadership Conference can be made by U.S. Check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard and must be submitted with your registration form. AHCA/NCAL will not process your registration without full payment. If paying by check, please make payable in U.S. dollars to AHCA. To avoid duplicate charges to your credit card, DO NOT mail a copy of your registration form once it has been faxed.
 
Registration Cancellations/Refunds
Through March 4, 2019: Full refund, less a $75 administrative fee
On or after March 5, 2019: No refund
  • No-shows will not receive a refund.
  • All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via fax to (415) 293-4743 (Attn: AHCA/NCAL QSIO Registration), or via the AHCA/NCAL Registration & Hotel Support Center at https://ahcaqsio.cmrushelp.com
  • Refunds will be processed within one week of request.
  • Tours and Separate Ticketed Events are subject to cancellation if enrollment is insufficient. In the event of cancellation, registration for the cancelled tour/event will be fully refunded.
 
Hotel Reservation Changes/Cancellations
Until March 4, 2019: Changes may be made through March 4, 2019. The Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina requires 72 hours cancellation notice to avoid penalty of 1 night's room and tax.
 
AHCA/NCAL Quality Summit and Independent Owner Leadership Conference Discount Eligibility
Attendees who select both Quality Summit Conference Registration and Independent Owner Leadership Conference Registration at the time of registering will be eligible to receive a $50.00 discount off their total registration fees. The discount does not apply to: Guests, Quality Award Examiners, and State Executives. To receive the discount, enter discount code QSIO50 on the payment page prior to processing your credit card payment. Attendees who cancel one of the two conference options will no longer qualify for the discount on registration fees, and they will incur a balance due on their registration.

 
AHCA/NCAL is not responsible for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
 
Appropriate Dress
Business-casual attire is suitable for all meetings, sessions and events. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned rooms.
 
Children
Children under the age of 18 are allowed if accompanied with a registered adult
 
By registering for and/or attending the event, I acknowledge and agree that photographs, video, and other recordings of the event may be taken by AHCA/NCAL or parties acting on behalf of AHCA/NCAL, and that these photographs, video and other recordings may be used by AHCA/NCAL in any media now known or later invented for any purpose related to AHCA/NCAL’s mission, including educational, promotional, and awareness-related uses. I give to AHCA/NCAL unlimited permission to use my name, likeness, image, statements, and other information I may give to AHCA/NCAL, whether through registration, at the event, or otherwise, that may be necessary for AHCA/NCAL to make use of its rights in the photographs, video and other recordings.
